Client Business Challenge: Regional offices have issues to generate the logistics reports and KPIs as there is no single system which has consolidated database to give the necessary views to see the required reports. The silos of data is not accessible to the different country teams and there is no platform where they can collaborate and access the reports.

Solution: The following Business Intelligence (BI) solutions has been implemented for customer.

• Logistic Intelligence Made Easy (“LIME”) to serve the needs of regional offices in the SEA serving 18 countries.
• Features includes Dashboard and KPI’s with data feed from 3 ERP source system.
• KPI measures like Order Value, Number of sales/purchase orders, % Stock order lines, Order entry lead time.
• Ability to attach and send out reports over email to the external users (customers, distributors etc.).
• Scalable design for growing demand and greater adoption rate with more feeder systems integrated.

Implementation: We have integrated with SAP source system and implemented hourly batch process to fetch the latest transactions.

• Star Schema is used to develop data warehouse and dimensional data marts.
• For Visualization, High Charts component has been implemented.
